Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RiseBoard mobile application ("App") operated by TTH Apps ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

RiseBoard is an AI-powered responsibility and reward platform for families. The App helps parents:

• Evaluate room tidiness using AI photo analysis
• Track multi-dimensional responsibilities (personal, family, academic)
• Configure and manage rewards (screen time, allowance, privileges)
• Generate monthly settlement reports

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.
• The App is intended for use by parents or legal guardians.
• By creating an account, you represent that you are a parent or legal guardian of the children whose data you enter into the App.

3. Account

• You sign in using Sign in with Apple. One account per Apple ID.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and PIN.
• You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Deletion is permanent.

4. Payments and Purchases

• The App offers evaluation packs as In-App Purchases (Consumable) through Apple's App Store.
• Your first month of evaluations is free.
• Evaluation packs are not subscriptions. There is no auto-renewal. You purchase only when you choose to.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
• Purchased evaluation credits do not expire.

5. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

• AI room evaluation scores are advisory and intended as an objective reference point.
• Parents can override any AI score at any time.
• AI scores may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and room conditions.
• We do not guarantee that AI evaluations will be perfectly accurate in all situations.
• The App is a tool to support family decision-making, not a replacement for parental judgment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Submit photos containing inappropriate or illegal content
• Abuse the AI evaluation system (e.g., excessive retries to manipulate scores)
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, AI models integration, and content are owned by TTH Apps. You retain ownership of your photos and data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for AI evaluation purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI evaluation scores.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the App.
• AI evaluation requires an internet connection.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time. Your data remains until you delete your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. You may still request data deletion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
