TTH Apps ("we", "us", "our") operates the RiseBoard mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Data

When you sign in with Apple, we receive:

• A unique user identifier (Apple ID token)
• Your email address (if you choose to share it)

We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.

1.2 Photos

You may take photos of rooms for AI evaluation. Photos are:

• Sent to our AI evaluation service for scoring
• Stored securely on our servers for your evaluation history
• Never shared with other users or third parties for marketing
• Deleted from AI processing systems immediately after evaluation

1.3 Financial and Responsibility Data

The App stores data you enter about:

• Evaluation scores and history
• Reward configurations (screen time, allowance, privileges)
• Responsibility tracking (chores, homework, personal tasks)
• Incentive and deduction records
• Monthly settlement reports

1.4 Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the App, including:

• App feature usage patterns
• Crash reports
• Device type and iOS version

This data is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the service: AI room evaluation, responsibility tracking, reward calculation, and settlement reports
• Improve the App: Analyze anonymous usage patterns to enhance features
• Customer support: Respond to your inquiries
• Security: Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We select services that maintain strong data protection practices.

4. Data Retention

• Active account: Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Account deletion: When you delete your account (Settings > Delete Account), all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
• AI processing data: Photos sent for AI evaluation are deleted immediately after the evaluation is complete. They are not stored by the AI service.

5. Children's Privacy

RiseBoard is designed for parents and guardians to manage their family's responsibility and reward system. The App is operated by adults (18+).

• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
• Children's names stored in the App are chosen by the parent and stored within the parent's account.
• Parent-only areas are protected by a PIN code.
• Photos of rooms do not intentionally capture images of children.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Database access is controlled by Row-Level Security (RLS)
• PIN codes are hashed and stored locally in your device's Keychain
• API keys and credentials are stored server-side, never in the App

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data associated with your account within the App
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings
• Portability: Request an export of your data by contacting us
• Correction: Update your data directly within the App

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
