Account & Sign In
RiseBoard uses Sign in with Apple. If you're having trouble signing in, make sure you're using the same Apple ID you registered with. To delete your account, go to Settings > Delete Account.
AI Evaluation Questions
AI scores are based on room photos. For best results, take photos in good lighting with a clear view of the entire area. Parents can override any AI score they disagree with.
Billing & Purchases
All purchases are processed through the App Store. Evaluation packs are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal. For refunds, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.
Privacy & Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time through Settings > Delete Account. For privacy questions, contact privacy@tthapps.com. Read our full Privacy Policy.
